Hydrogen Research Day 10.2.2026
Hydrogen Research Day at the University of Oulu will kick off Nordic Hydrogen Week on February 10, 2026. Organised by the H2FUTURE research programme, the day will bring together leading researchers, industry experts and stakeholders to share insights on the future of clean hydrogen.
H2FUTURE is a research programme at the University of Oulu, supported by the Research Council of Finland’s PROFI7 funding (2023–2028). The programme seeks renewed thinking and bold, yet energy-realistic and future-oriented solutions for sustainable hydrogen production.
“University of Oulu is engaged in 55 hydrogen-related projects, worth about 65 million euros, and working with several national and global collaborations”
Professor Marko Huttula, leader of H2FUTURE research programme, University of Oulu
