With over two decades of experience in industrial hydrogen operations, Suursalmi brings a unique perspective on how to scale up safe and reliable green hydrogen production — turning vision into reality.
About Stegra
Stegra is leading a clean industrial revolution, starting with steel. The company's first plant is currently being constructed in Boden, northern Sweden. Green steel is expected to be produced by 2026, with green hydrogen and green iron enabling emission reductions of up to 95%. This marks only the beginning of a broader transformation: efforts are already being directed toward limiting the carbon footprint of other heavy industry sectors.
